1. What products does WonderCAD offer?
WonderCAD offers five product types: 3D CAD Model, 3D Print Ready, Manufacturing Ready, Drawing Template, and CAD Practice. Each product serves a different purpose. Visit our Product Guide to learn more.
2. What file formats are available?
Depending on the product, files may be available in STL, STEP, Parasolid, PDF, DWG, or DWT formats. Please check the individual product page for the exact file formats included.
3. Which CAD software can I use to open the files?
Compatibility depends on the file format and your software version. Please review the product description and make sure your software supports the listed formats before purchasing.
4. Can I try a file before purchasing?
Yes! You can explore our free CAD files to test compatibility with your software before purchasing other products.

5. Are the models suitable for manufacturing or 3D printing?
Some products are designed for 3D printing or manufacturing-related workflows. Check the product type, included files, and product description to understand what is provided. Additional preparation or verification may be required for your specific application.

6. How can I purchase a product?
Browse our catalog, select the product you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the checkout instructions to complete your order.
7. What payment methods are available?
WonderCAD accepts payments through PayPal and Midtrans.
PayPal
Use PayPal when product prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). PayPal also supports payments by credit card.
Midtrans
Use Midtrans for Indonesian payment methods, including QRIS, Virtual Account, bank transfer, and GoPay.
If you are Indonesian and currently living or traveling abroad, you can still use Midtrans even when product prices on our website are displayed in US dollars (USD).
8. Will I receive a physical product?
No. WonderCAD products are digital files. No physical item will be shipped.
Downloads & Support
9. How do I download my purchased files?
After your payment is confirmed, the checkout page will automatically display the download links for your purchased products.
If you miss this page, you can find the download links in the email address you provided during checkout. Therefore, always make sure your email address is correct and contains no typos.
Keep the email containing your order receipt and download links so you can download your files again in the future.

10. What should I do if my download link does not work?
First, make sure your payment has been confirmed and try opening the download link again. If the problem persists, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
11. Can I download an updated version of a product?
If a product is updated, download availability may depend on the product’s download settings and your order. If you cannot access an updated file, contact us with your order details.
12. How can I contact WonderCAD?
